SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of all the products that the company delivers and must see to it that jobs are always sold in enough volume to keep all the crews working.

This means that gross profit of all jobs sold and routed to tech must be higher than the company’s current overhead plus enough for reserves.  Jobs only route to tech when all the folder work is done, and it is drawn up so that it can be built.  

PURPOSE:

To create a division that sets the pace of the company by getting more sales to Production than Production can handle, so that tech has jobs scheduled out for 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

 PRODUCTS:

  1. The gross profit of all jobs sold and routed to tech is greater than the company’s current overhead plus enough for reserves.
  2. A fully enlightened homeowner that has decided to use this company and its products over all other competitors
  3. The estimate clearly written up and priced correctly so that the job can be built.
  4. Enlightened customers that are able to make informed decisions. 

STATISTICS:

  1. Dollar amount of jobs sold
  2. Dollar amount of GP sold

SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager has a big job in not only getting sales in every week, but also building the Sales Division machine – which entails the hiring and training of all the personnel along the Sales Line and supplying them with the best tools for their job.
