From the works of L. Ron Hubbard
The willingness of someone to determine (decide and control) the direction and action, not only of himself, but also of others across all areas of life; viewing or handling all sides. “Pan” comes from Greek and it means “all”.
EXAMPLES:
- The head of the company needs to have pan-determinism when dealing with problems and situations internally.
- If you don’t have pan-determinism when looking over a problem, you will not be able to see all aspects of it and could miss what really caused the problem.
