The Operations Division is in charge of creating the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. It is concerned with changing materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization.
EXAMPLE:
At POL we refer to Operations as our Division 4, the Production Division. Sometime simply referred to as “Tech”.
