You will be entitled to supplemental job displacement benefits if you have a permanent partial disability as a result of your work-related injury or illness and your employer hasn’t offered you regular, modified, or alternative work that meets the legal requirements.
EXAMPLE:
He lost a foot on the job, got the job displacement benefit and could continue working in the office as a result.
