A Job Coordinator (JC) is overall in charge of a job. He is the contact point with the customer and plan and coordinates all the job actions. POL has Supervisors the run specialty crews that do the demo, masonry, pavers, irrigation and planting. We also have sub-contractors that do the pool steel, concrete and plaster and subs that do the carpentry. The JCs job is to schedule each one of POL’s crews and our subs to do the actions in sequence until the completion of the job.
