CREW CHIEF

The Crew Chief is responsible to get jobs installed, he is directly under the Production Manager

PURPOSES:

  1. To oversee the installation from start to finish. 
  2. To deliver the job just how the customer has envisioned it.
  3. To make a profit for the company by being ON or AHEAD of target.
  4. To make a profit for his crew by finishing ahead of schedule.
  5. To see to it that the job runs smoothly and efficiently by using all the crew members efficiently.

PRODUCTS:

Installations profitably completed, on schedule and to the total delight of the customer.

STATISTICS:

  1. Gross Profit produced for the week
  2. EPH Percentage

EXAMPLE:

Harry had worked for the company for several years before becoming a Crew Chief.
