Also called a Booking Ratio, it is a statistic that shows how many of the leads for a business are turned into viable sales opportunities. Booking Rate is a way to measure the performance of the companies marketing efforts and campaigns. It is generally shown as a percentage, and is calculated this way:
(Number of Estimates) / (Number of Leads) X 100 = Booking Rate Percentage
EXAMPLE: After moving to a new marketing company, our booking rate increased from 15% to 25%.
