The APH (Actual Production Hours) plus the future projected hours (hours we expect to have to work to complete the job) for each job divided by the EPH (Estimated Production Hours) worked on all jobs each week. This shows how well we are keeping to the hours estimated to complete the jobs being installed that week. This is displayed as a percentage – we want the actual hours worked to be 100% or less than the estimated hours to be worked. This is an upside down graph because the lower the percentage, the better.
