3 BASKET SYSTEM

A personal communication station that is kept near one’s area of work.  It is 3 stacked baskets. The top basket is labeled “In” and should contain items to be looked at.  The middle basket is labeled “Pending” and should contain those items which have been looked at but cannot be dealt with immediately.  The bottom basket is labeled “Out” and should contain those items which have been dealt with and are now ready for distribution into the communication lines again, or to file, etc.

EXAMPLE:

Each employee has a 3 basket system and should keep them mostly empty (meaning the work is handled and moved out).
