MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is in the Marketing & Sales Division which is under the General Manager. This division handles all marketing and sales of the company’s products.

PURPOSE:

To generate reaches from the public.  This post is responsible for getting the public to request more information about our company and to then request an estimate.

 PRODUCT:

Completed, effective marketing campaigns that generate reaches turning into sales. The sales must flood the Production Division with more jobs than they can handle.

STATISTICS:

  1. Number of reaches
  2. Number of appointments
  3. Number of estimates

EXAMPLE:

Our company has grown enough that we need to hire a Marketing Manager, and take that post away from the Office Manager.
