- To make sure the work is being done efficiently and without any problems from beginning to end.
- To deliver the work just how the customer envisioned it.
- To make a profit for the crew and company by finishing ON or AHEAD of schedule.
A completed, high quality installation per the customer’s specifications and done within the targeted time.
The crew member receives the job specifications of a job through the Crew Chief. The crew has a target of so many Man Days to complete the job. The crew production record is tracked and will count toward the quarterly award.
